The idea and realisation of Palm Jebel Ali, including The Beach Collection, belong to Nakheel Properties, a well-known developer and the creator of Palm Jumeirah. The project is planned to be completed in 2027.

The Beach Collection offers exquisite three-storey 5-6 bedroom villas. There are eight types of villas in total: Tropical Mist, Sapphire, Provence, Mediterranean, Indigo Ocean, Blue Horizon, Azure Blue and Aquamarine. The living areas start from 7,000 sq. ft.
